1Eligibility and approval: Availability of Partners Teen accounts and debit cards is subject to age (13–17), membership, and identity verification. Membership required. Program terms may change without notice.

2Deposits must be in increments of $25 or more. Withdrawals prior to maturity date are subject to a withdrawal penalty if the withdrawal is prior to the minor’s 17th birthday.  Certificates can be automatically renewed at the prevailing rate upon maturity.
