Partners Federal Credit Union announced the promotion of Brian Kairnes to Executive Vice President, Chief Risk & Lending Officer, effective immediately. Brian’s expanded role reflects his significant contributions to the credit union’s performance, operational strength, and long-term strategic direction.

Brian has led Partners’ lending division for the past 18 months, driving improvements in structure, alignment, and operational efficiency to support sustainable growth and exceptional Member experiences. He also continues to oversee enterprise risk, where his forward‑looking approach has reinforced safety, soundness, and discipline across the Credit Union.
