Partners appoints Patty Bedard as new Chief People Officer

Partners Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the appointment of Patty Bedard as Chief People Officer, effective June 2, 2025. With over 25 years of experience leading transformational people strategies across global organizations, Patty joins Partners’ executive management team to champion a thoughtful and strategic people vision—one centered on culture, growth, and service excellence.
Patty most recently served as Head of Enterprise Executive Development at The Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of executive onboarding, coaching and development across the company’s global business segments. Throughout her career, Patty has earned a reputation as a strategic and culturally agile leader who builds strong, inclusive teams and drives business results through innovative people development and engagement strategies. She is also a certified executive coach and holds multiple professional certifications in leadership, assessments, and organizational development.
