The 2026 Partners Annual Meeting of the Members will take place in person at the Grand Central Air Terminal and will also be available via livestream. Registration will be opening soon.

Board of Directors Nominations 

At the meeting, the following Directors will be voted on for a three (3) year term: Olivier Flament, Tom Tancredi, Grace Yang.
 
Nominations are now being accepted for three (3) open seats on Partners Federal Credit Union's Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly to set policy and direction for the Credit Union. An election for the positions will be held during the Annual Meeting. If the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor.
All Partners Federal Credit Union Members in good standing are eligible to run for directorship by submitting a letter of intent, a brief biography/resume, an outline of qualifications, and a petition (form available upon request) signed by one (1) percent of Partners Federal Credit Union Members (max. 500 total signatures), and a statement agreeing to serve the voluntary term. For further directions regarding nomination by petition, please refer to the Partners Federal Credit Union Bylaws.

Oliver Flament ImageOlivier currently serves as Vice President of Decision Science Products at The Walt Disney Company, where he leads large-scale transformation of analytics processes and data-driven decision making, with a focus on B2C initiatives. He is passionate about meeting business leaders where they are in their analytics journey and propelling their teams to the next level. Over the years, Olivier has led teams that implemented critical optimization projects across resorts and theme parks, cruise line, studio, and other lines of businesses globally.

He joined The Walt Disney Company in 1991 and held various leadership roles at Disneyland Paris until relocating to Florida in 2007. With his extensive experience and global responsibilities, Olivier fosters collaborative partnerships and plays a role in 
growing multicultural awareness throughout the company. 
 
When not at work, Olivier enjoys the outdoors, seeking thrilling experiences from triathlons and skiing to catamaran sailing.
 
Tom TancrediA Partners Federal Credit Union Member for over 50 years, Tom has served on the Credit Union’s Board of Directors since 1981. He has also served on the Supervisory Committee and presently participates in the Compensation and Finance Committees.

Tom retired from The Walt Disney Company after 47 years as a cast member. He has also volunteered on other non-profit boards, including Hearts for ALS (Lou Gehrig disease) and Damien High School’s Alumni Council. He is also Chairman of the Finance Council at his church and actively volunteers as a reader to elementary school children and to the blind.

He received his B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton and holds a Certificate in Management from the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Riverside.
Grace YangGrace holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy with a Business Administration minor from the University of California at Berkeley, an Employment Law Certificate from Cornell University, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a previous Certified Public Accountant.

Grace started her career in public accounting and consulting, focusing on forensic accounting and litigation/dispute resolution. Grace joined Disney nearly 20 years ago, where she spent 16 years in Corporate Management Audit working on and managing an internal financial investigation team handling investigations into financial irregularities and compliance related matters.

More recently, Grace transitioned to the HR Employee Relations team, supporting major business segments including Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology, Disney Streaming, ESPN, and International. Drawing on her extensive experience in both financial and HR roles, she is committed to driving organizational excellence and upholding the highest standards of governance
