OFFICIAL RULES

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”).

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

2. EACH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL ENTRY'S CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. Consumer Disclosure: Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries. Based upon the Credit Union's (defined below) estimate of 5,000,000 entries during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), odds of winning a prize is 1 in 5,000,000.

4. Sponsor: Partners Federal Credit Union (the "Credit Union" or "Partners FCU") is the sponsor of this sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Credit Union's address is: 100 North First Street. Ste. 400, Burbank, CA 91502.

5. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins May 19, 2025 and ends July 12, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period").

6. Eligibility: To be eligible to win, you must submit a valid entry (as described in section 7 below) during the Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes is open to persons who are within the Field of Membership (as defined below) of Partners FCU as of July 12, 2025, and live within the continental United States (Excluding NY & RI). You must be at least 18 years or older and have a valid Social Security number at the time the prize is awarded. “Field of Membership” is defined as any cast member/employee of The Walt Disney Company or one of its subsidiaries, a retiree of The Walt Disney Company or one of its subsidiaries (except as provided below), an immediate family member or roommate of one of the aforementioned. A new membership fee of $5 will be waived for any new memberships opened during the sweepstakes period. Officers, officials and employees of Partners FCU and their immediate families (i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, step-parents, step-children, and step-siblings of each) are not eligible. The publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the prize are valuable to the Credit Union; therefore, persons who have been convicted of a felony, arrested for or charged with a felony, are the subject of a current felony investigation, or who have a reputation for immorality or dishonesty which would, in the opinion of the Credit Union, adversely affect the reputation or public image of the Credit Union, are not eligible to win. By entering, you consent to criminal, credit, and background checks and consumer reports that may be used determine winner eligibility. By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Credit Union, which are final and binding. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.

7. Sweepstakes Entries: You will automatically be entered to win each time you use your Partners Visa debit or credit card for any authorized transactions during the sweepstakes period. Transactions include purchases at a merchant in-person, online, or by mobile wallet. You may also enter by legibly printing your name, address (including zip code), daytime telephone number including area code and e-mail address on a 3" x 5" card and sending it in a #10 stamped envelope to: Partners FCU Aloha Sweepstakes, 100 North First Street. Ste. 400, Burbank, CA 91502. 3" x 5" card entries must be postmarked on or after the entry period start date for the sweepstakes and received by entry period end date. The email address listed on the 3" x 5" card must match the e-mail address on file with Partners. Limit one (1) mailed-in entry per member. Partners FCU reserves the right to verify the accuracy of entries.

8. Prize Drawing: There will be one (1) prize drawing on July 21, 2025, in which one (1) potential winner will be selected. The prize drawing will be held at Partners Admin Office, 100 North First Street. Ste. 400, Burbank, CA 91502. Winner need not be present to win. The Credit Union reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the winner(s) and the identity of the winner(s) in its sole discretion in accordance with these Official Rules. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Partners FCU may require (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents").

The Credit Union will send notification to the winner by phone, e-mail or mail within ten (10) days of the drawing by using contact information currently on file with the Credit Union. The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent. If a prize is unclaimed within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

9. Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected and awarded a one trip for winner and up to three (3) guests, including flights to Hawaii and a hotel stay at AULANI, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii consisting of the following (collectively, the “Vacation Package”):

• Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares between the major United States gateway airport that is closest to the winner’s primary residence (as determined solely by Disney (as defined herein), with possible layovers) and the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
• A voucher for up to four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and AULANI, a Disney Resort & Spa, by a local ground transportation service as chosen by Disney.
• Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons) for four (4) consecutive nights at AULANI, a Disney Resort & Spa.
• One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00. Subject to restrictions.
• Up to four (4) preferred seating passes to KA WA’A, A Lū’au at AULANI Resort for winner and his/her guests.

 

The Vacation Package is subject to the conditions set forth below.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is $7,732.29. The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure, fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

Please Note Restrictions for the Vacation Package:

• Travel for the Vacation Package must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur by 5/21/26.  If travel is not completed by 5/21/26, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Valid Travel Dates: 8/24/25-11/21/25, 11/30/25-12/19/25,1/5/26-3/12/26, 4/12/26-5/21/26. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates apply. Block-out dates include but may not be limited to: 7/21/25- 8/23/25, 11/22/25-11/29/25, 12/20/25-12/31/25, 1/1/26-1/4/26, 3/13/26-4/11/26, and 5/22/26-8/16/26. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of Vacation Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion.
• Vacation Package and its components may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion.

• Vacation Package will not include the following: insurance (health, travel, medical); room service, laundry service, spa treatments; food or beverages; merchandise, souvenirs; incidental expenses; local or long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges; any taxes; or any other charges or items not explicitly included herein.
• Vacation is for the winner and up to three (3) guest(s) of the winner’s choosing. Once selected by the winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the winner chooses to bring fewer than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the winner.
• The winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same departure airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
• All elements of the vacation package must be used by the winner and his/her guest(s) on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation Package. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.

 

• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight.  Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
• Photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).
• The winner and his/her guest(s) are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.
• The winner and each guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity/COVID release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package.
• In the event the winner and/or guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, property rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel. 
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Vacation Package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Vacation Package and/or the promotion, or Vacation Package-related activity, including travel.
• A minor under the age of eighteen (18) may only be a guest if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is the winner and/or one of the other guests.
• Certain restaurants, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any reservations.
• Vacation Package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.
• Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.
• Any damaged, lost or stolen gift cards or travel vouchers will not be replaced.  The Disney Gift Card is redeemable for goods and services at participating Disney locations. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Not for resale. Issued by, and represents a legal obligation solely of, Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. Lost, damaged or stolen cards may be replaced only if verification of recipient status and complete card number is provided. • There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for all visitors to the Premises.  The Group members are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the Premises leading up to the planned stay.  Such restrictions and requirements are subject to change.
• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Vacation Package, if valued at $600 or more.  The Vacation Package may be subject to applicable withholding requirements. Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.

 

No substitution allowed. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated. Ste. 400, Burbank, CA 91502.  Request must be received by July 21, 2025.

10. Liability/General Rules: The Credit Union, Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, related, subsidiaries, and each of their officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection in connection with the Partners FCUI Aloha Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes or redemption of a prize. The Credit Union has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law. Winner’s accounts must be in good standing; if winner’s accounts are not in good standing, the Credit Union may require the accounts to be brought into good standing prior to awarding the prize. All decisions of the Credit Union in regard to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. Taxes: The Credit Union will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all taxes.

12. Publicity Authorization: If you are selected as a winner, you agree that your name and likeness, including photographs, may be published in the Credit Union’s marketing materials, including newspaper ads and social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

13. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Credit Union in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to choice of law rules; provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes. 

14. This promotion is not endorsed by or affiliated with Disney, its subsidiaries or affiliates.

15. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you consent in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), to the Credit Union contacting you at the telephone numbers and email addresses currently on file with or submitted to the Credit Union, using natural or artificial voice calls, automatically dialed calls, prerecorded messages, text messages and any other electronic media, to communicate, deliver information and marketing messages. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services; you may revoke this consent.
