OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
2. EACH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCES OF WINNING.
3. Consumer Disclosure: Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries. Based upon the Credit Union's (defined below) estimate of 1,000 entries during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), odds of winning a prize is 16 in 170,000, depending on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. Sponsor: Partners Federal Credit Union (the "Credit Union" or "Partners FCU") is the sole sponsor of this sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and is responsible for its management and operation. The Credit Union's address is: 100 North First Street. Ste. 400, Burbank, CA 91502.
5. Sweepstakes Period: This Sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2024 and ends June 30, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period").

6. Eligibility: To be eligible to win, you must submit a valid entry (as described in section 7 below) during the Sweepstakes Period, limit one entry per person during the sweepstakes period. Sweepstakes is open to members of Partners Federal Credit Union as of June 9, 2024 and have completed the sweepstakes entry form in its entirety. You must be at least 18 years or older and have a valid Social Security number at the time the prize is awarded. Officers, officials and employees of Partners FCU and/or its respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies and their immediate families (i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, step-parents, step-children, and step-siblings of each) are not eligible to enter or win a prize. The publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the prize are valuable to the Credit Union; therefore, persons who have been convicted of a felony, arrested for or charged with a felony, are the subject of a current felony investigation, or who have a reputation for immorality or dishonesty which would, in the opinion of the Credit Union, adversely affect the reputation or public image of the Credit Union, are not eligible to win. By entering, you consent to criminal, credit, and background checks and consumer reports that may be used determine winner eligibility. By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Credit Union, which are final and binding. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
7. Sweepstakes Entries/How to Enter: Scan the QR code at any Partners branch or online at partnersfcu.org/pride and complete the online entry form to enter for a chance to win during the Sweepstakes Period. You may also submit via mail by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:  Partners Federal Credit Union, Attention: Pride Sweepstakes, 100 North First Street. Ste. 400, Burbank, CA 91502.  Entry must be received by July 5, 2024.
8. Prize Drawing: There will be one (1) prize drawing held on or about July 10, 2024 in which sixteen (16) potential winners will be selected. The prize drawing will be held at Partners Team Disney Anaheim Branch, 700 W. Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92802. Winners need not be present to win. The Credit Union reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the winner(s) and the identity of the winner(s) in its sole discretion in accordance with these Official Rules.

The Credit Union will send notification to the winners by phone, e-mail, or mail within one (1) week of the drawing by using contact information currently on file with the Credit Union for the winning Member. Winners must respond to claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent. If a prize is unclaimed within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

9. Prize: Sixteen (16) prizes are available to be won. Each winner will receive a Pride gift basket containing one (1) Mikey Mouse Plush – Disney Pride Collection Medium 17”, one (1) Mickey Mouse ''Love'' Ear Headband for Adults – Disney Pride Collection, one (1) Disney Pride Collection Starbucks® Tumbler with Straw, one (1) Mickey Mouse Loungefly Mini Backpack – Disney Pride Collection, one (1) Marvel Pride Collection Mini Spider-Bot, and one (1) Mickey Mouse Spirit Jersey for Adults – Disney Pride Collection from the Disney Store, and (1) $25 dollar Disney Plus gift card. Each Pride gift basket is valued at $298.95. No substitution allowed. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $4,783.20. The maximum value of prizes a single winner could win is $298.95. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of the prizes is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual prize won. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Prizes cannot be substituted, converted to cash, assigned, or transferred by winners. The Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prizes become unavailable for any reason. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Partners Federal Credit Union, Attention: Partners Pride Sweepstakes, 700 W Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92802. Request must be received by August 10, 2024.
10. Liability/General Rules: The Credit Union is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection in connection with the Partners Pride Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to hold the Credit Union and Disney Shopping, Inc. and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and it and their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Disney”) harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. You release and hold harmless the Credit Union, Disney and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, members, and representatives and agents from any and all liability for negligence, claims, liability, injury, losses, or other damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from, or in connection with entry, the awarding, delivery, acceptance, receipt, possession, use/misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of prizes awarded or participation in this Sweepstakes. The Credit Union and Disney are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: human error, errors in the advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prize, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Disney does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to this Sweepstakes or to the prize; prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Disney is not responsible for any inability of a winner to accept or use a prize for any reason (or any portion thereof). The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes or redemption of a prize. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law. Disney is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement or unavailability of elements of a prize, and, if that should occur, that element of a prize will be substituted with a prize element of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner’s accounts must be in good standing; if winner’s accounts are not in good standing, the Credit Union may require the accounts to be brought into good standing prior to awarding the prize. All decisions of the Credit Union in regard to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. You agree that Disney is not responsible for any of the following: Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the United States; or entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, internet service provider, or other connections; telephone or internet availability or accessibility; miscommunications; failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines or technical failure; failed phone, computer hardware or software failure, technical errors or difficulties; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s email account or voicemail box to receive email or voicemail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of Disney. Disney is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the QR code, entry method or functionalities that may interfere with this Sweepstakes (including any limitations, any restrictions, or any conditions on Sponsor’s ability to use the QR code for this Sweepstakes as set forth herein) or ability of entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor.
11. Taxes: The Credit Union will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
12. Publicity Authorization: If you are selected as a winner, you agree that your name and likeness, including photographs, may be published in the Credit Union’s marketing materials, including newspaper ads and social media such as Facebook, X and Instagram, without additional compensation or permission, and included in the list of winners, except where prohibited by law.
13. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Credit Union in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to choice of law rules; provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes. 
14. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated or affiliated with Disney Shopping, Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates. You understand that you are providing your contact information to claim a prize you may win to Sponsor and not to Disney Shopping, Inc.
15. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you consent in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), to the Credit Union contacting you at the telephone numbers and email addresses currently on file with or submitted to the Credit Union, using natural or artificial voice calls, automatically dialed calls, prerecorded messages, text messages and any other electronic media, to communicate, deliver information and marketing messages. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services; you may revoke this consent.
