Partners offers easy, free ways to make your loan payments on time directly from your Partners accounts. You can also make on-demand payments from an external account using your routing and account numbers or a debit card from another financial institution. Convenience fees may apply.

1 Automated Phone Payments: A $2.95 fee applies to self-service loan payments made from an external account by phone. A $7.95 fee applies to payments made from an external account with a live agent.
2 Online Payment Portal: There is no fee for recurring ACH payments. A $2.95 fee applies to one-time payments from an external account. Online Loan Payment Portal can only be used to pay consumer loans (credit card, auto, personal, signature, and HELOCs) that are not in bankruptcy. Auto loans must be less than 52 days past due and personal, signature, and HELOC loans must be less than 120 days past due. At this time, the Online Loan Payment Portal cannot be used to pay a Home Equity Loan or Home Mortgage. 
3 Branch Payments: A $7.95 fee applies to Partners-assisted loan payments made from an external account.
