Option 1 – Pay with your Partners accounts
Use internal transfers from Online and Mobile Banking to make a payment from your Partners Checking or Savings accounts.
- Log into your account
- Choose the account you want to transfer funds from
- Choose the loan you want to pay
- And done!
Option 2 – Pay by Phone
By calling 800.948.6677, you can utilize Partners virtual assistant ELI to make a payment 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Have your account number and access code ready and ensure you are calling from a quiet area.
Option 3 – Online Loan Payment Portal
Need to make a payment from an external account? You can submit a one-time or recurring payment using a debit card, checking, or savings account with another financial institution right from this page. Online loan payments are free and easy to use. Just click on "Online Loan Payment Portal" below to make a payment on your:

Online Loan Payment Portal can only be used to pay consumer loans (credit card, auto, personal, signature, and HELOCs) that are not in bankruptcy. Auto loans must be less than 52 days past due and personal, signature, and HELOC loans must be less than 120 days past due. At this time, the Online Loan Payment Portal cannot be used to pay a Home Equity Loan or Home Mortgage.
