As the new CEO of Partners, Ricky is committed to building on our rich legacy and history by working with our Board of Directors and Leadership team to develop and deliver product and digital innovation to help our Members realize their financial dreams. Ricky has an expansive financial services background in executive leadership roles for large credit unions and national banks all with a focus on membership growth and satisfaction.
Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Longwood University in Virginia and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC. Ricky takes a Member-first approach and believes in being open and honest with our opportunities and challenges. Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
In her role as the Chief Financial Officer, Karen oversees the overall financial performance of the Credit Union including the capital stability strategies. On a daily basis, Karen’s finance and accounting team are responsible for financial reporting and manage budget adherence for the credit union, ensuring the credit union is fiscally sound and well-capitalized to support Member dreams, today and tomorrow.
Executive Vice President/Chief Information Officer
In his role as Chief Information Officer, Kalyana is responsible for developing and delivering the Credit Union’s overall technology roadmap to create a seamless, secure, technology-enabled Member experience in alignment with the strategic and operational goals of the credit union. Kalyana leads the application architecture, development and support teams along with the data center, network operations and help desk functions, who work to deliver technology solutions that will help drive Member value while maximizing operational efficiency, all within a scalable and sustainable infrastructure.
Senior Vice President/Chief Risk Officer
As the Chief Risk Officer, Brian provides leadership and direction to the management of key risk areas across the credit union, including operational and credit risk, information security, enterprise risk and fraud investigations. Brian and his team are responsible for providing guidance on maintaining the safety and soundness of the Credit Union, while supporting the delivery of products and services to the Membership.
Senior Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer
As the Chief Revenue Officer, Jim leads a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery of the Partners brand of best-in-class products and service that support a magical Member experience. Jim is responsible for leading product research, product strategy and product development to ensure our offerings are competitive in the marketplace, in line with Member input and feedback, and consistently delivered ahead of Members’ needs.
Senior Vice President/Chief Talent Officer
Our Cast Members are the driving force in making all financial dreams come true for our Members, and our integrated talent management practice serves as a key enabler for those Cast Members to thrive in their roles. Under Angela’s leadership, the Talent Strategies team seeks talent solutions that are grounded in the organization’s evolving needs, enacting people philosophies and culture practices that enable us to fully engage talent, create a vibrant Cast experience, and cultivate high-performance today and tomorrow. Talent Strategies’ team focus includes talent planning, recruitment and retention, performance development, organizational effectiveness and alignment, culture development, diversity and inclusion, and more.
Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer
In his role as Chief Lending Officer, Mark and his teams are responsible for all aspects of Partners lending efforts. These include loan origination responsibility for consumer and home loans, the servicing for all loan products offered by the Credit Union, and loan product and service development. The aim of Mark and his teams is to enrich all Members’ financial well-being through a compelling suite of offerings.
Senior Vice President/Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
As the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, Robert leads the development and execution of strategies that support the mission, vision, goals and objectives of Partners. In this role, Robert and his team are focused on elevating brand awareness and cultivating lifelong Member relationships through strategic initiatives designed to enhance member value, the creative and thoughtful telling of our Member and Cast Member stories, the products and services that support Member dreams, and community outreach programs to ensure we are always advocating for the financial success of our Members, today and tomorrow.
Senior Vice President/Chief Experience Officer
As the Chief Experience Officer, Lloyd is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional and consistent experiences for our Members across the credit union’s products, services, and channels, including remote and digital delivery. In this role, Lloyd and his team advocate for the Member in evaluating and evolving business practices, methods, and strategies that will improve Member interactions and elevate the overall Member experience.
Vice President/Internal Audit
As the VP of Internal Audit, Luis leads the independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the quality and effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance processes, thereby protecting the organization, and its reputation. He reports directly to the Supervisory Committee designated by the Board of Directors and works closely with the management team in positioning internal audit as a business partner and trusted advisor.
