New Video Banking

Partners New Video Banking – Now Available!

As we continue to adapt and evolve in our current environment, the thing I miss most about working in person is the face-to-face interaction with other people. I look forward to my virtual meetings where everyone has the camera on and you can see each other’s reactions, a smile behind a newly grown beard or meeting a new furry office mate.

At Partners, this new normal has caused all of us to adapt so that we can continue providing best in class service from a safe distance. We have spent a lot of time designing our branches so that they maintain high health standards, as the safety of our cast and Members is always our number one priority. As much time as we’ve spent minimizing the risk for in-person branch transactions, we also transformed our digital banking services to make it easier than ever to complete your banking needs from home, work, or on the go.

One offering we are really excited to now share is our Video Banking. A safe, convenient and private way to speak with a Partners representative over video chat. This face-to-face virtual option allows for us to continue connecting and truly provide one-on-one service from the comfort your home or on a mobile device. Whether it’s finding out your balance, applying for a loan, opening a new account or getting budgeting assistance, we look forward to servicing you with a smile you can see. You can opt to turn your camera on or off at any time during the session and you’ll still be able to see us. We value your safety and that of our cast and we are excited to be “face-to-face” with you once again.

Schedule a video banking session via our Video Banking Link.
