Mark Gustovich
Mark has been a Partners member since 1996.  He began serving the credit union in 1999 as a member of the Supervisory Committee, which he later chaired.  In 2003, Mark was elected to the Board of Directors, where he led the CEO search.  In 2009 Mark was elected Chairman of the Board and in 2018 was elected Vice Chairman.

Mark is currently serving as Vice-President, Customer Base Sales for ATOS (formerly Xerox Corporation) where he is responsible for west coast operations on the Disney account.  Mark has been in the Information Technology field for 30 years; 12 with the Unocal Corporation, nine with Disney and five with ACS.  Mark volunteers and supports various community organizations, and has mentored “at risk” high school students.


Debbie Bales
Debbie has served on the Partners Board of Directors since 1989, and has held the roles of Secretary, Vice-Chairman, Chairman, Nominating Committee Member, Operations Committee Member, and Governance Committee Member.

Debbie has been a member of the credit union since 1971, after joining The Walt Disney Company in 1970s in the food service division as a college student.  She joined the Board after her graduation and transfer into the Industrial Engineering department.  She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona, and currently works in Facilities Planning & Implementation at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems.  She worked at Disneyland for more than 25 years in Foods, Industrial Engineering Operations and in Project Management.  She has been active in the Society of Women Engineers, Orange County, as an officer.


John R. Walsh
John is the Senior Vice President of Finance for Venue Operations and Entertainment Productions with Madison Square Garden Company in New York City.  Previously, he was the Vice President of Finance and Strategy for Disney’s Streaming Services (“BAMTECH”) in New York and spent  18 years with the Walt Disney Company in Orlando providing financial and strategic support for Theme Parks, Resorts, Disney Vacation Club, Global Business Development, Financial and Capital Planning, Technology, Transportation and Disney’s various other back-of-House operational services.

John has actively and passionately served on the Partners FCU Board of Directors since 2009.

John earned his degree in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and he received his MBA from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business.   His family, including three beautiful children, live in Orlando where John spends most of his weekends trying to escape the cold New York winters.


Cindy Luttrell
Cindy currently leads the Financial Systems team for The Walt Disney Company.  This team monitors the integrity and efficiency of data related to financial information as it flows from the various Disney businesses to be consolidated in the Enterprise financial planning and reporting processes.   Cindy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MBA from the University of Central Florida.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.  Prior to joining the Walt Disney World Co., Cindy worked 4 years in public accounting in Atlanta.  Cindy has spent the last 30+ years at Disney working in various finance and accounting area.

Cindy joined the Partners Supervisory Committee July, 2014.  In 2018 Cindy was voted onto the Board of Directors and presently serves on the Compensation Committee and the Technology Committee.
