Annual Meeting

This year, Partners will once again broadcast its Annual Meeting virtually. We’ll share Credit Union updates, learn about 2021 initiatives, offer a raffle with prizes, and much more!

Nominations are now being accepted for four (4) open seats on Partners Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly to set policy and direction for the Credit Union. An election for positions will be held during the Annual Meeting. If the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor.

All Partners Federal Credit Union Members in good standing are eligible to run for directorship by submitting a letter of intent, a brief biography/resume, an outline of qualifications, a petition (form available upon request) signed by one (1) percent of Partners Federal Credit Union Members up to a maximum of 500 total signatures (with the credit union’s current Membership, the maximum signature rule of 500 applies).

Alden Weiss

Alden Weiss has been a member of the Partners Federal Credit Union Board of Directors since April 2003 and has served on the Operations and Finance Committees. Prior to serving on the board, he was a member, for three years, of the credit union’s “Member Services Advisory Committee,” which interfaces with the board and credit union management on behalf of Walt Disney World ® (WDW) Resort Cast Members.

Having worked at Disney for 43 year, Alden has recently retired. While at Disney, he was a manager responsible for setting up Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Centers in the US and abroad. Prior to DVC, he worked in WDW Building & Property Management for 16 years and was in WDW Finance for 14 years.”

André M. Hale
Andre is Vice President, Transaction Services & Operations, with Disney Worldwide Shared Services, is responsible for overseeing Global Accounts Payable, Procurement Services, and Payroll.  These departments provide services to multiple layers of customers and partners, successfully serving over 400,000 employees and vendors, in over 50+ countries globally.

André joined The Walt Disney Company in May of 2001. Under his leadership, his divisions have received multiple industry best practice awards for innovation and best-in-class.  Individually, he’s been recognized by the Aberdeen Group for developing industry best practices in the areas of Policy and Regulatory Compliance.

André has 28+ years of leadership and executive-level experience in companies ranging from small privately-owned to Fortune 100 corporations.  With over 25 years of global financial shared services experience, André has held a wide variety of finance, accounting and operation management positions.

Jack Yellen:
Jack Yellin is Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for The Walt Disney Company and affiliated companies. He joined Disney in 1990 as Senior Counsel and progressed to Senior Vice President before assuming his current role as Chief Compliance Officer for the Company. In his litigation role he was involved in many of the major lawsuits involving the Company until 2011. Since 1994 he has also headed the Company’s Global Ethics and Global Management, which sets the business standards for, and provides training in the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct and related subjects to the Company’s employees throughout the world. In January 2011 Jack became the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer, with particular responsibility for the Company’s anti-corruption efforts, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, regarding which he is a subject-matter expert, and trade control compliance.

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College magna cum laude; his law degree from Santa Clara University Law School summa cum laude, and a Master of Laws from the University of California at Berkeley, specializing in constitutional law and conflicts of laws. After earning his Master of Laws, he spent eight years at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York before coming to Disney. In 1994 Disney’s general counsel asked him to spearhead the effort in developing the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct. Jack has also taught business ethics at the college level and maintains a strong academic and practical interest in business ethics, and particularly in ethical decision making.

Jaye Thompson

Jaye has been honored to serve on the Partners Federal Credit Union board for over 20 years, initially taking the role in 1999. As a Partners FCU Board Member she has had the honor of representing the Credit Union as the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Committee chair and served on numerous committees. Jaye currently has 23 years with The Walt Disney Company, most in an executive capacity. Prior to TWDC, Jaye spent 12 successful years with Southern California Edison.

Jaye began her career with TWDC leading Disneyland’s technology support team and then moved to oversee the desktop and executive support service for most of the West Coast Disney lines of business. Jaye then took a leadership role with Enterprise Technology, implementing and governing the company-wide Managed Services agreements. Next Jaye moved to Walt Disney Attractions Technology as the Director of Back-Of-House and Imagineering systems. Currently, Jaye is enjoying the role of Director of Vendor and Workplace Management for the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Technology & Digital organization.
