Determining your reward level is simple. Let's say you have:

Auto Loan Balance = 12,000
Savings Account Balance = $500
Checking Account Balance = $7,500

Your Household Balance = $20,000

You qualify for Silver reward level benefits.

But... if your spouse also has:

Auto Loan Balance = $10,000
Visa balance = $800
Savings Account Balance = $1,200

Your Total Household Balance = $32,000

You BOTH qualify for GOLD level benefits!
