Have a question? See if we've already answered it below:

How do I access PartnersLink Online Banking and Bill Payment?
Access PartnersLink by visiting PartnersFCU.org and signing in to your account in the upper left hand corner of the web page. If you have never used PartnersLink or do not yet have a username, click on "Don't have a username?" You will be guided through the account set up process. You will need to know your Partners account information to set up your PartnersLink account.

Where can I access my loan information?
To view your loan information, click on the first mortgage loan through PartnersLink. On the drop down menu under "Desired Action," click on "Inquiry." You can view your loan number, current principal balance, current impound balance, current interest rate, interest paid year-to-date, property taxes paid year-to-date, hazard/flood insurance paid year-to-date, principal and interest adjustment date, and monthly payment information.

How do I make a payment?
To make a one time payment, click on the first mortgage loan through PartnersLink. On the drop down menu under "Desired Action," click on "Make a Payment." Select the account you would like your payment deducted from and click "Continue." Your payment will be transferred immediately.

How do I set up a recurring payment?
Set up recurring payments on your mortgage loan through PartnersLink. Sign into PartnersLink and then click on the first mortgage loan you wish to change. On the drop down menu under "Desired Action," click on "Set Up Recurring Payments." Once you have done this, select the account you prefer to deduct your payment from each month, and also enter any additional amount to be applied to the principal each month. Once you have set up recurring payments, your payment will be automatically deducted from your account, according to the due date of your mortgage loan. To stop or change recurring payments, please contact the Mortgage Servicing Department by calling 800.948.6677, then press *, option 1, extension 7226; available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

How do I make an additional payment to my principal?
When you set up a recurring payment, you will have the option to add a monthly recurring deduction to your principal each month. The additional principal payment must be made from the savings or checking account as the monthly recurring payment. To make a one time payment in addition to your monthly mortgage loan payment, click on the first mortgage loan through PartnersLink. On the drop down menu under "Desired Action," click on "Make a Payment." Select the account you would like your payment deducted from. If there are no other payments due, your payment amount will be applied to the principal balance.

What accounts can I use to pay my home mortgage loan through PartnersLink?
You can only transfer from an unrestricted Partners savings or checking account. Special "restricted" accounts can not be used to pay your mortgage loan. Additionally, accounts at other institutions can not be accessed through PartnersLink, or used to pay your first mortgage loan through PartnersLink.

Will Partners cover my loan payment if I have insufficient funds to cover my payment?
Partners will not cover your loan payment if you have insufficient funds in your account. Whether it is paid through a recurring payment or as a one time payment made on your account, you must verify your account has sufficient funds before making a payment.

Will I be able to access my mortgage payment history?
You will need to contact the Mortgage Servicing Department for the payment history of your mortgage loan.

How do I obtain my mortgage loan payoff amount?
You can access your mortgage loan payoff amount by submitting a request through PartnersLink. Under your loan balance on PartnersLink, you will see a "payoff amount" link. Click the link to send a request to the Mortgage Servicing Department. Title your message, "First Mortgage Payoff Request." You will need to provide your daytime phone number, loan number, property address and mailing address of where the Payoff Statement should be sent. Your Payoff Statement will be mailed within 72 hours.

Why did my payment not post to my account?
Payments made on your first mortgage will be transferred immediately from your savings or checking account. However, the amount paid may not show on your mortgage loan account until the next business day. If you make a payment on a Friday, weekend or holiday, it will not be reflected until the following Monday, or next working business day.

I tried transferring funds between accounts, but it states that I have reached my limit, why?
You can make a maximum of six electronic transfers within a calendar month from your primary savings, three of which can be done by the credit union for overdraft protection. Once you have reached your monthly limit of six transfers per month per government regulation, you have two other payment options. You can transfer funds through an ATM machine or in person at a Partners branch.

Can I make my mortgage payment from multiple Partners accounts?
No. Unfortunately, the system only allows for one time/recurring payments to be pulled from one account per payment. The additional principal payment must be made from the savings or checking account as the monthly recurring payment.

If I have received notification from Partners that my mortgage payment has adjusted or changed, do I need to make any changes on PartnersLink?
No. The new mortgage payment amount will be updated automatically with the new effective date.
