Partners Loss Mitigation specialists are available to assist Members impacted by financial reversals or loss of income. Our team is dedicated to helping you restructure your loan obligations with Partners.

To determine eligibility for a restructure, you must be prepared to submit documentation to the Loan Loss Mitigation Specialist. While documentation requirements will vary by loan type, the following are minimum requirements needed to determine your restructure:

  • Credit application
  • Proof of hardship
  • Proof of income
