New self-service password reset feature now available on PartnersLink®

10? 15? 30? How many online passwords do you have to remember?

Keeping track of all your online passwords can be difficult. And, if you forget one, getting it reset can be a real hassle.

But, beginning Wednesday, January 14, you'll have the option to activate a new PartnersLink feature which will let you reset your password if you forget it in the future. That means you'll no longer need to call our Member Service Center if you forget your PartnersLink password.

The next time you log into PartnersLink after January 14, you'll be asked whether or not you want to set up this new forgotten password feature. If you select to activate the feature, you'll be asked to establish a security question and validate your current e-mail address. And that's it!

Once you've activated this feature, you'll be able to quickly and easily reset your PartnersLink password completely online in the future. The reset process is secure so you can rest assured your online privacy continues to be maintained.

So be sure to activate the new forgotten password feature on PartnersLink. You never know when it will come in handy!

Online Security
If you've never used PartnersLink before, or if you were a Member at Partners prior to our merger, you will be asked to establish a series of three security questions and to provide answers that only you know. You will only be asked to answer two of these questions if future log in attempts fall outside of your normal PartnersLink access pattern. Some examples of when you may be asked a security question:

  • You log in to PartnersLink from a new computer
  • You log in to PartnersLink at a time of day that falls outside of your normal access patterns
  • You have repeated unsuccessful log in attempts with a wrong password
When you are asked to establish your three new security questions, keep the following in mind:

  • Select one preferred question from each of the three drop-down menus. You must select three questions and provide answers to each.
  • Type your answer to each question in the box below the question drop-down menu. Remember, your answers to these questions are case sensitive.
  • Once you have selected your questions and have completed your answers, select "Continue".
  • The questions and answers you established will be securely saved on our system. You may periodically be asked to answer two security questions when you log in to PartnersLink.
