Member Service Specialist
This position is for a part-time Member Service Specialist role. The main function of this role is to provide outstanding service and develop long-term profitable relationships, ensuring the financial needs of our members are met through cross selling of multiple financial products and services. Member interactions can be conducted through multiple communication channels, included but not limited to: the telephone (in bound and out bound), mail, and other electronic means. This position requires the Member Service Specialist to interact with our members in an efficient and effective manner by adhering to posted schedules, managing both on and off the phone activities based on current established metrics for the Contact Center.

Required Qualifications include:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Proven Customer/Member service experience
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
Desired Qualifications include:
  • Minimum one year experience in a financial industry preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in sales preferred
